Booking accommodation for daily living in Ukraine
• When booking online from our website you must correctly give your contact information so that the owner has the opportunity to contact you
• To book an apartment in another way, you can apply by contacting on the pointed page with a description of the apartment details: call the owner or his e-mail
• We strongly recommend you to book accommodation at least one week before the date of settlement
• For reservations of 3 days, the customer is guaranteed a settlement into the selected flat, with a prepayment for the first night of stay
• Force majéur – the problem of electricity in the house, water supply, sewerage out of order and other problems which are out of the owner’s responsibilities.
In the case of force majéur, the apartment selected by the client can be changed by the owner of the apartment housing to the same class or higher class version, but at the same cost
• In the case of reservations without advance payments or less than 3 days, the owner does not guarantee a settlement in a specific selected apartment.
After the client’s arrival the selected apartment can be changed by the landlord to the other variant, in the same class or higher class, but at the same cost
• Attention – the apartment will be considered really booked only after the owner contacts the customer and confirms reservations
• In the case of any change in plans of the client, for example in case you need to cancel your reservations, or change the date of check in it is required as soon as possible to inform the owner of rental property
Check in at the apartment, house or hotel
• Check in at the apartment is from 1:00 p.m.
• «Early check-in» – pre-booking service, if there is a need of check in before 1:00 p.m. This service must be ordered in advance and charged at half the cost of one night stay. This service is available only under conditions of the owner’s informing of it in advance
• The customer must confirm his arrival at least one day before the date of check in.
• Necessary conditions for the check in are full payment for the entire period of residence and the passport of the customer
• The client can get the key from the apartment he rents on the day of check in
Check out from the apartment, house or hotel
• Time Out of apartments is 12.00 and does not depend on the time of check in
• «Late check-out» is the service if it’s necessary to check out after 12:00. This service must be ordered in advance and charged at half the cost of one night stay. This service is available only under conditions of the owner’s informing of it in advance.
• Customer must confirm the exact time of check out! It is required to inform the landlord at least 24 hours before the check out in any convenient way for the client.
Client should wait for the landlord to return the keys and the for the reception of the property
• It is necessary to inform in advance if the client wants to move out before or after the fixed time. This requires to inform the landlord at least 24 hours before the check out in any convenient way for the client
General rules for living in a rented flat
Apartment, house or hotel room is furnished for living! The Client is totally liable for his actions, and for the actions of others who live in the apartment!
Change of bed linen, routine cleaning, change of towels are performed on request for a fee set by the landlord. Please clarify these issues individually with the landlord in each case
